Unplanned Service Call I have been a customer of Orleans Toyota since September 11, 2014, when I took delivery of my new Corolla. Although I don't put many miles on the car I have been a customer of Orleans Toyota since September 11, 2014, when I took delivery of my new Corolla. Although I don't put many miles on the car, I am meticulous about maintenance. Recently, on a day with a previously scheduled important appointment, I started the car only to find that the Tire Pressure Warning Light stayed on. Visually, I could not see an issue with any of the tires, so I gingerly kept the appointment, then drove straight to the dealer and asked the service department to take a look. It turns out that I had picked up a nail somewhere; in double time, the tire was repaired and the Corolla and I were safely back on the road again. Al the employees in the service department are of the highest caliber, and I am always treated with respect when I bring the car in for maintenance. Even though it's been out of warranty for nearly three years, I would not dream of letting anyone else care for my car. Thanks again for another great experience! More

My most recent visit on April fourth was no exception. My service advisor, Nicole Yates, was outstanding. I felt like I'd made a new friend.
