Worst customer service! I was told to come in after 1pm to have my tires checked, that an appointment wasn’t necessary. Gina said it was going to be 30-45min. One hour and twenty minutes later I went to ask Gina about the status of my car. Unapologetically and with quite the attitude, she informed me they didn’t get to it just yet. I told her i couldn’t wait any longer, that it was my worst experience ever and that she could have told me a lot sooner of the situation. I’ve never felt more disrespected! More

The area where I waited was very comfortable with comfortable reclining chairs and TV. I had brought a book to read. While waiting they told me what was involved in fixing the heat in drivers seat. I decided to hold off on that for now. My car was ready within a short time. I would only go to this dealer for work. Thanks. More
