Hello Matt, My name is Rob Iodice, General Manager at Ira Toyota of Orleans. I'm reaching out to you regarding your recent visit to our store. I'm sorry that visit here was not satisfactory. I know that we had to do some extra work because the oil cap was so corroded it has fused with the Oil Filter Housing. The only way to do the oil change was to replace the entire oil filter housing. I know that it took longer than expected. For your inconvenience, I'd like to offer your next oil change at no charge.
