My recent experience was unacceptable. Deceptive advertising was sent to lead me to believe I would be charged a very low service charge. Orleans Toyota was great for service the first several times we brought in our vehicle. However, the most recent visit resulted in a delay of four additional days beyond the expected service time. This was not due to parts, or any other expected delay. It was purely the result of a lack of communication, from one representative to the other, and to the mechanics completing the work. We had to stop three times before the vehicle was actually completed even though it was promised to us within 24 hours after each time we spoke with a service representative. Doug and Lily got us back on track, and we appreciate their efforts to finally get the work completed. More
Dave “Dutch” Frommeyer and team were helpful, very communicative and easy to deal with and reach. Explained everything well and delivered vehicle in a timely manner. The service dept. staff at IRA Toyota of Orleans are top-notch. Informative, efficient, friendly, and they never try and push service on you. The sales staff is professional, helpful and not aggressive. In closing, I would recommend this dealership yo anyone seeking great cars and a great staff to back it all up. More
