Totally friustrated with your Tire promotion. Buy 3 get one for a penny. I recieved a 250 credit for the one tire toward the total of 1289. Sneaky, shady and a very good reason to never return for service at your facility. 3 is a charm, because the last two trips to your facility, I sat and waited for my vehicle, once over 3 hours because you “thought” I was dropping it off, this after I asked to check what was taking g so long for an oil change, The second time, 2.5 hours because someone went home sick and they left my vehicle in the bay forgetting to reassign some one to finish it.
