I am very happy with the service and attention to detail caring for my Tundra. I will buy another Tundra and I would not consider going to a different dealer. Every time go there for service I have a problem. They sent me a coupon for a discounted oil charge.. first thing they said do you have the coupon with you. Then he tells me I made the appointment for a Tundra . I Bought the my Tocoma at there dealership. My appointment was for 8:20 am they said they could not take it right away. There were customers ahead of me .They wanted me to leave it and come back three hours. I told them that was xxxxxxxx. After the oil change they gave me a list of things I needed done $2,400 worth $1000. For new tires. Before the oil change they said I needed my tires rotated. They already knew I needed new tires from the last time I was there . I said No remember I need new tires tire? I felt Jonathan must be on commission he had a laundry list of things I needed to get done . There’s more but I am done with them. More
