Very customer centric Though I scheduled a 1045 service appt. I was 3 cars deep in line outside of the service bay and still out there at 1104. My service tech acknowledged the issue and was apologetic for the delay and seemed fully understanding of time being important. He was very attentive to why I was there and suggested a service which accepted and was very happy with the price and time it took to complete. Additionally during my wait time I asked Jeff Kleiner for help using a desktop to access my work email. He set me up and was great. Overall great service on all counts. More
Great customer service Called Toyota dealer where I picked up the 2018 Camry to ask for a “walk-in” 10,000 mile oil change. Response: “Sorry Sir, we only service by appoint Called Toyota dealer where I picked up the 2018 Camry to ask for a “walk-in” 10,000 mile oil change. Response: “Sorry Sir, we only service by appointment only and we don’t have any today.” Called Ira Toyota and made the same request of them, a walk-in 10,000 mile service. Response: “Sure, stop in any time today and we’ll expedite that service for you.” Ira’s check-in process is what I would call “BMW like”. Very easy and efficient process. Their Service Consultants use a tablet enabled workflow to process the service event. Went in to the waiting area, had a snack and drink, checked a few emails, and the service was completed before I knew it. At completion, they also provided a color coded multipoint inspection report that gives the owner an overall vehicle status summary. Needless to say, Ira Toyota of Manchester will be my servicing dealer of choice, moving forward. More

The technical readings from the electronic testing system did not show a problem. I explained that when my vehicle was not engaging and I was not moving I did actually have a problem. The technician drove the vehicle several times until the problem did surface for him as well. We agreed to do the transmission work which was done promptly.
