12 month service plus recall My car was taken in a timely manner and the service time was a little longer than expected I think due to adding a recall service to the 12 month serv My car was taken in a timely manner and the service time was a little longer than expected I think due to adding a recall service to the 12 month service. They thought it was going to take 2 to 2 1/2 hours for the service and recall but it took about 4 hours. I was supposed to have had Jenny Lynn Loring as my consultant but I never saw her. I did not get an update from anyone when the time went longer than expected. A consultant I never met, and did not introduce himself, did come at the end to say my vehicle was ready to take home. .
