Service stinks, everytime I go for an oil change I’m told I’ll be out of there in an hour. The last 2 times it was 3 hours and today was over 2 hours. I went in to have the battery replaced. This is a 15 minute job which I've done myself in the past. I waited for over two hours before I got my vehicle back. Apparently they did an all points check which I never authorized and found additional work they said needed to be done. They said I needed to replace the engine coolant and replace the trailer arms. I declined the work. I went home and did some research. My owners manual says the engine coolant needs to be replaced at 100,000 miles; my vehicle has only 75,000 miles on it. The engine coolant is clean. There is no issue with it. I research trailer arms and they apparently rarely fail and when they do the cost to replace them is between $360 and $430. I was given a quote of $1300 to replace both arms. This dealership is crooked and should be avoided at all costs. I will never take my vehicle here again. I purchased my vehicle here but when it comes time to replace this vehicle, I will not be using this dealership in my shopping plans More
