Very Good Experience First off, I really appreciate the Drive Up service they have. The problem I had with my vehicle needed immediate attention and I was able to drive ri First off, I really appreciate the Drive Up service they have. The problem I had with my vehicle needed immediate attention and I was able to drive right down to IRA on Saturday morning and have my Tacoma checked in for service. I also love how they have a Shuttle service which is a great service for their customers. The Service Adviser called me when the repairs were done and arranged to have me picked up.
