The tech said I had NO PROFILE in the computer,when I was there a week ago.they took the paperwork,said they would contact Toyota and keep the car for an indefinite amt.of tome.They would not give me a loaner because I couldn't prove it was a Toyota problem they drove me home and said thry would pick me up.Last time they said that they left me stranded w_o a vehicle and didn't have the courtesy to call or to answer my messages about being picked up More
