I had the pleasant experience of visiting Ira of Manchester NH to have my car serviced. Alex was the service representative that helped me. He was attentive right from the start. I ended up needing Manchester NH to have my car serviced. Alex was the service representative that helped me. He was attentive right from the start. I ended up needing more than an oil change and tire rotation and he let me know immediately. I had some questions and he was busy with renting a car to someone and sent someone else out to answer my questions. When he was done he came to check on me and offered to get me something from Dunkin’ Donuts. I was there a little over 3 hours and he personally checked on me 3 times. When I arrived at the dealership someone asked if I had a certain representative that I liked to work with and I said no. That will certainly not be the case next time! I will ask for Alex! He is amazing! More
