I had a 3:30 p. m. on 12/4/24 and arrived at approximately 3:10 p.m. When I pulled into the bay, the tire representative checked my tires and after discussion, we de m. on 12/4/24 and arrived at approximately 3:10 p.m. When I pulled into the bay, the tire representative checked my tires and after discussion, we determined the tires needed to be replaced. No problems there. Ryan, my service advisor, came over and checked me in. It was determined that since I was going to have my new tires installed, tire rotation would not be necessary but rather only an oil change and multi-point inspection. I received a text from Ryan at 3:28 p.m. with a communication contact number. At approximately 5:13 p.m., I contacted Ryan to find out a status and if by some chance the tires were actually being installed too as it had been quite a wait so far at that point only for an oil change and multi-point inspection. He replied to my text indicating he had to "shuffle me around" so I wouldn't have to wait much longer due to an excessive number of cars they had taken in around the time my appointment started. To be fair, there were at least 15-20 customers in the waiting room when I arrived. However, at the time when I received the reply, only myself and one other customer was remaining in the waiting room. This led me to believe my vehicle was not taken in for service at me appointment time of 3:30 p.m. but rather placed near to at the back of the line. I finally received my vehicle back at approximately 6:20 p.m. - almost 3 hours later. I realize holiday times may slow operations down however almost 3 hours wait time for only and oil change and multi-point inspection is a bit much and I've never had to wait that long for repairs after being a customer with this dealership for many years. I hope my upcoming tire installation with alignment doesn't take as long. More
