Service Dept needs to have a sense of urgency for customers. 2 1/2 hours for a oil change is ridiculous. I just don’t get it. Then excuses that 45 cars were checked in. TWO HOURS for an Oil Change WITH an appointment is RIDICULOUS!! While oil is draining he can look at brakes. I can do it ALL in 20 minutes ….. including opening 6-8 oil containers / bottles individual RIDICULOUS!! While oil is draining he can look at brakes. I was there for 2 hrs. for a 10k service. They never texted to tell me my car was done. When I went to ask, it was complete, however the paperwork was put on the wrong de for a 10k service. The service manager Angelina, I believe was her name was very thorough knowledgeable and helped me get my service done.
