I've owned many cars over my 5 decades and used many repair shops/dealerships, and Ira Toyota is the only place I've ever been that consistently provides great service, regardless of who I deal with there. This time my service advisor was Jenn Gorman, and she was very courteous, got right to business, and suggested some additional services that were beneficial, without trying to sell me a whole bunch of services I didn't need. Honestly, I haven't had too much experience with the dealerships because the trucks are pretty much trouble free, still there are the services.... All the dealerships I have visited over the years have been "friendly", no issues there.... but this dealership and Bryan Bell in the Service Dept in particular actually listened to what I was saying ! Imagine ? A service guy who actually listens to your concerns and pays you enough respect to accept what you are saying and help solve the problem instead of blowing you off like you are some kind of dummy ?
