Tyler Cotter, the Service Manager, and Matt Cena, the Service Director, were so supportive of us. All 3 set the gold standard for car service and repairs. Shortly after 11:00 am I called roadside assistance because a nail punctured a tire, leaving it flat overnight. They came quickly, delivering it to IRA Toyota in Manchester NH by 12:30pm. Service advisor,John Oliver, texted me promptly when car was delivered. Once I arrived @ dealership, John explained what they recommended and the process. I agreed and was on my way home by 5:30pm. I feel this was the best and most efficient service given the immediate need for repair. More
Service is usually very good. However, they were short staffed and wait times were extended. I was told that I could be waiting up to 2 hrs for a 60-90 minute job. Late day customers like myself should have been called to have the option to re-schedule. I’m sure many would have appreciated the call and happily re-scheduled. Toyota apparently was afraid they would lose that business. But now, you may have lost a customer. More
