Just bought my car a few months ago and I got a message saying it was time for maintenance. I made a call to the service department of the dealership and told them my car wanted a maintenance service. I saying it was time for maintenance. I showed up was greeted and checked in by Michael who listened to all my concerns. He was very informative. Kept me in the loop throughout the process. He even went over everything that was being recommended at this maintenance service. Explained in detail All the recommendations. So I was able to make decisions as to what to do now and what can wait until the next maintenance service call. I felt well listened to and taken care of Very happy with my purchase of my RAV4 And the service I received every time I walk in the door. I will be returning . Today was a very long day. I waited in line 30 minutes before being greeted by an advisor.
