I was there for 2 hrs. for a 10k service. They never texted to tell me my car was done. When I went to ask, it was complete, however the paperwork was put on the wrong de for a 10k service. The service manager Angelina, I believe was her name was very thorough knowledgeable and helped me get my service done. I asked a gentleman named Cleveland to assist me with my GPS that I was on sure of how very thorough knowledgeable and helped me get my service done. Very frustrating to bring in my car for a repair, be told it's fixed, get in my car, and the problem is absolutely not fixed. I went to Ira Toyota of Manchester in search of a new car in 2023, but car dealerships were having a hard time keeping new cars in stock. The salesman, Keith Osowaki, was able to find me a used Corolla, fres in 2023, but car dealerships were having a hard time keeping new cars in stock. The salesman, Keith Osowaki, was able to find me a used Corolla, fresh off a 2 year lease, that had very low mileage. I've been bringing it there for all of my maintenance. They're very courteous & knowledgeable. If they find something wrong with your car when you're in for routine maintenance, they send you a text with a photo so you can see what the problem is & know that they're not just trying to get more money from you for an unnecessary service. I highly recommend them! More
