I brought my truck in for 100k service (currently at 99k) so I could get any last minute repairs done before the warranty ran out. APPARENTLY my 100k warranty ran out 2 weeks ago but I was never notified tha so I could get any last minute repairs done before the warranty ran out. APPARENTLY my 100k warranty ran out 2 weeks ago but I was never notified that there was an exact date it ran out. Any time I’ve brought the truck in for service, the techs would say “just bring it back before 100k for any repairs”. Not 1 person mentioned a date or bothered to look it up. So now I have to find $2000+ for repairs that SHOULD have been covered under the warranty! Would have been nice if I got a call or email stating that it was running out on a particular day…then I would have brought it in sooner. More
I work with Michael as my service advisor. He is friendly, communicative and knows his stuff. I look forward to working with him each time I need service.
