Service reps that I have worked with the two times in four weeks of ownership were ok to deal with and understood the issues I had with my new purchase (used vehicle, CERTIFIED). The lates one was trying four weeks of ownership were ok to deal with and understood the issues I had with my new purchase (used vehicle, CERTIFIED). The lates one was trying to convince me that replacing the SD card was an Internal software issue, not the SD card the manual tells you to check. Unfortunately, the sales staff and loan officer were not so truthful. I was told full warranty, but when came time for repairs of deficiency known at sale, they would not cover them. Also, I was told I needed brake and differential fluid changes. I put less that 1300 miles on it since purchase. I would think they would have changed fluids before sale. We now have a 3 letter word that should not be repeated. More

It helps a lot, in All honesty, letting me know that I’m doing well in taking care of my car. That is to say, it makes me feel good when the car is in good shape.
