They performed work on my vehicle that wasn’t authorized by me and then when I questioned them about it they explained it to me in a way that made it seem that it was my mistake for not understanding what t by me and then when I questioned them about it they explained it to me in a way that made it seem that it was my mistake for not understanding what the Service Advisor was saying. When I asked them why they didn’t tell me that my vehicle needed a front wheel alignment before just doing it they told me that “ They only have 1 alignment machine and they can’t waste time talking to customers about it. It ties up the machine too long.” They said that it was no charge to check the alignment but if it was out of alignment it would cost $139.95 to fix. Never giving me a chance to say yes or no I’ll take it somewhere else. And in the end they said that it was a learning opportunity for them to have better communication skills with their customers.
