I had my auto serviced on January 24, 2009 and it was the a very pleasant experience. First, when I arrived, Steve Montour from the service department was very welcoming and friendly. He explained how long a very pleasant experience. First, when I arrived, Steve Montour from the service department was very welcoming and friendly. He explained how long it would take to repair my car and since it would take an 1 1/2 or so to repair they offered to take me and my daughter over to the mall to pass the time. The person that took us was a complete gentlemen. He insisted on opening and closing the doors as we entered the car and exited the car. He was very friendly and kind. Steve Montour from the Service dept. called my cell when my SUV was ready and within minutes, we were picked up at the mall and back to the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Great experience from a car dealership! More
