Did like this dealership until a few months ago. Sales person was supposed to call me to test drive a new car once one came in. That was in June. Never heard from him. Today I went to have my car se Sales person was supposed to call me to test drive a new car once one came in. That was in June. Never heard from him. Today I went to have my car serviced, basic oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be about an hour and 15 minutes. Was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Only explanation was that the shop was running behind. And there were only three technicians. Unfortunately we were told this after we sat there for almost 3 hours. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this dealership for a new car nor service. More
