My 2015 Toyota limited platinum highlander with 45k miles failed state inspection for moisture in the driver rear brake light ssusubgva fire hazard. Called toyota headquarters as have extended warranty and they said not covered. Vehicle never in an accident and garage kept so how did moisture get in. Corporate was not helpful so paid the repair myself and am canceling my extended warranty. My salesperson David was super nice and understanding. He made the whole thing better. I still will not ever buy another Toyota but while I have my highlander and my daughters Corolla we will only go to ira toyota for service. More

"Temp" knob on heater/ac unit did not work. Jenny-Lynn Loring was my service advisor. I explained my problem to her. From that point on she regularly briefed me on how things were progressing. She was very sincere, polite and courteous and very much a professional in addressing issues of significance. I felt totally comfortable because of her in how things were developing and she certainly was instrumental in how this entire matter was handled. My vehicle that I brought in was a 2005 Toyota Highlander which I purchased new back during that time period. There was a marked difference in how Toyota service advisors were back then, as compared to the present in how Ms. Loring represented Toyota on this occasion. Ms. Loring certainly deserves to be commended. More
