The technician pointed out a possible problem - low level oil which my local garage never mentioned. I had had a recent oil change just a little over one month ago. My 2008 RAV4 might have excessive oil consumption. George also explained the difference of synthetic oil and regular oil. I plan to return in a few weeks to check the oil level. I had other questions, and all were answered to my satisfaction. I did not feel rushed. Suggestions were made to make my vehicle run better and last longer. More
