"Temp" knob on heater/ac unit did not work. Jenny-Lynn Loring was my service advisor. I explained my problem to her. From then on Ms. Loring was just fantastic in articulating in a polite, friendly and understandable way how this problem was going to be addressed. From that point on she regularly briefed me on how things were progressing. She was very sincere, polite and courteous and very much a professional in addressing issues of significance. I felt totally comfortable because of her in how things were developing and she certainly was instrumental in how this entire matter was handled. My vehicle that I brought in was a 2005 Toyota Highlander which I purchased new back during that time period. There was a marked difference in how Toyota service advisors were back then, as compared to the present in how Ms. Loring represented Toyota on this occasion. Ms. Loring certainly deserves to be commended. More
