All though they were busy with cars rolling in, I was in a pinch to get my state inspection done. Not only did they get me in without an appointment which where I bought the car wouldn't, they got me out in a pinch to get my state inspection done. In my opinion they worry about setting up your next appointment but not doing the job correctly on the current appointment. My vehicle has 100% of everything paid for by corporate Toyota however th appointment but not doing the job correctly on the current appointment. My vehicle has 100% of everything paid for by corporate Toyota however they still don’t take care of it correctly. The last time I brought it in for maintenance which is a general overall check when I took it home they said they would call me about replacing a backseat seatbelt and molding on the door I asked about. They never called. Also my windshield wiper needed to be replaced and it wasn’t. I mean this is free business and they were billing corporate Toyota and still didn’t do it. They care too much about volume and not enough about details. I will be buying my vehicle outright and will be paying the bills out of my own pocket on the future and this was a test to see if I wanted to continue with them. Sadly they are failing the test.
