I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment so on time. It took about 30 minutes for the service team to get started on my vehicle. I brought the truck in for some suspension/drivetrain issues. I was at the dealership for about 8 hours, however the truck was not finished. If this is all the information you had, it would be perfectly understandable if you concluded that this was a less favorable visit. However, Bryan, my service advisor kept me up to date of the status at least every 30 to 45 minutes. This one important item is unfortunately lacking in many service departments. I initially received the technicians video of inspection result and recommended services. Although I did not expect the rather long wait, it was the consistent update that gave me the reassurance that the service team at IRA Toyota were hard at work. Ultimately, I was provided a rental vehicle and picked up my truck the next day. Based on my experience, I will definitely bring my truck back to IRA Toyota when the time comes for further maintenance. More
