Very disappointed with my last visit as they had performed very well in the past troubleshooting complex issues. This time I scheduled typical service, state inspection, oil change, brake pulsation performed very well in the past troubleshooting complex issues. This time I scheduled typical service, state inspection, oil change, brake pulsation issues, all which they completed satisfactorily. I also scheduled tire replacement with an alignment check. When I called on Wednesday they said I could come in anytime as they had plenty of openings. I scheduled for the following Monday. I asked if they needed to know the brand/model of tire I wanted and they said if it was on the website, they had it! I arrived for my 10 am appointment on time. They went over all the services requested and double checked the tire size. I no sooner sat down in the waiting area when they came out and told me they did not have the tires in stock. I expressed my disbelief and asked why they didn't have them in stock when they had four business days to get them. They said maybe they sold out and I again said they knew 5 days ago I was coming in for them. They advised they could have them at 5 pm but I would have to wait or come back. They offered to give me a ride somewhere within 10 miles of the dealership but I lived 22 miles away so I'm not sure where they thought I wanted to go. I declined the tires at that point as the price with the one free tire deal when purchasing 4 put them in the same range as your typical tire store. I thought it odd since the services they did perform were in the $700 range and the tires would have been an additional $1200 at least but they didn't seem concerned or apologetic at all. More
