Very disappointed in service, lost faith completely in workmanship, they ruined my alloy wheels to balance tires after rotation that was also haphazard, only one wheel needed, they did all 4. Didn't top o workmanship, they ruined my alloy wheels to balance tires after rotation that was also haphazard, only one wheel needed, they did all 4. Didn't top off oil . Main reason I went back. Whoever did test drive leave Grease on passengers seat and very grimey steering wheel. I will never go back there again and after 13 years, I will never recommend IRA or anyone to a Toyota, shame in all of you! More
