My 2008 RAV4 might have excessive oil consumption. George also explained the difference of synthetic oil and regular oil. I plan to return in a few weeks to check the oil level. I had other questions, and all were answered to my satisfaction. I did not feel rushed. Suggestions were made to make my vehicle run better and last longer. More

Love my Highlander The experience was very good, Alex was our salesman. He was great not pushy and was able to answer most of our questions.
