We could not test drive a used car we wanted because it had not gone through the service area, fine. We wanted to put money down, can't do that here. This is the second time I’ve been told my car would be ready at a certain time, and when I returned to get it, it was still sitting in the area waiting to have the minor regular maintenance performed. Also, even though I presented a coupon for the maintenance, and even when the service rep said he had applied the coupon… I had to have him retrieve and reread the coupon… he had charged me twice what I was supposed to be charged by Ira’s own mailer coupon… I’ll try Grapone next time. When I lived in Vermont the service at White River Toyota was great, but so far, here, service has been awful!!! More
Keith approached me as I was wandering the car lot looking at vehicles. I immediately shared with him my urgent need to get out of Jeep because it had fallen into disrepair due to no availability of m looking at vehicles. Keith swiftly moved into action understanding what I needed in a vehicle. He had several suggestions for me and we worked through the options one by one. It all came down to a single vehicle that I needed to lease in order to get out of the Jeep. But the story doesn’t stop there. I needed to keep my payments reasonable for my budget. Keith pulled John in to help with the specifics. John represented my case to Toyota Lease and was able to get me approved for the vehicle I needed. Finally, I would meet Chuck who would walk me through the closing process. He answered some very important questions specifically around Gap insurance that helped me to decide what was needed for my protection. I waited two months for the part. I was told it was under warrantee and would not cost my anything. I had to pay $385 for labor but was not told to expect the charge. Was pleasant and the work was done on time. I called three times before I got an answer about the availability of the part. None of the three returned my call. As for recommendation: I would give them another chance. More
