I just recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from Ira Toyota of Manchester. Our salesman Seth Boutin was extremely helpful. He was really patient with us and very informative. We felt extremely comfortable working with him and never felt rushed or pressured by him in any way. He gave us the privacy to talk it over and the time to figure out what works best with our budget. He even let us use our test drive to pick our daughter up from school. I’ve been to dealerships where they had to come with us, it wasn’t anything like that. When we came back with our daughter he sat and and talked with her about her day at school, while my husband and I discussed the vehicle. Seth has amazing customer service skills and is extremely patient. He went above and beyond any other salesman I have ever had experience with. He even took the time to go over all the options in the vehicle, to make sure I knew how everything worked when it was time for me to take my new car home. In the end, we got a great car. In a few years or so, when I’m ready to purchase again, I will definitely be returning to Ira. More
I had put off buying a new car for fear of being badgered by a rude and pushy salesperson. However, working with salesman John DeMille was a pleasure! We met Seth Boutin in November 2008 when we went to the Dealership to inquire about the release date of the new Venza. (I had been waiting since January for it's release - I first saw it in a newspaper ar Dealership to inquire about the release date of the new Venza. (I had been waiting since January for it's release - I first saw it in a newspaper article about the auto show) He sat down with us explained all of the options/packages available to the Venza. Since the vehicle was not yet available at the dealership we were trying to compare exterior colors to those on other models in the lot. He was soooo patient comparing the various colors with us. (It was cold outside and he went from car color to car color without his coat on - with no complaints). Prior to the delivery of my Venza to the dealership he kept us informed of any new developments concerning the first "appearance ever" of the Venza. When one was delivered to the dealership he invited me to come see it and test drive it. When my Venza finally arrived he let me "visit" and drive it prior to my scheduled pick up date. I love it! Seth Boutin a fantastic Salesman and I would definitely recommend him to anyone if they are looking for a new car! He is very kind, sincere and knowledgeable! We had excellent service from start to finish with our salesman, Seth - he was very personable, with great sales skills, without being overbearing - really enjoyed working with him. The only unpleasant part of the whole experience was with the finance person we sat with, I don't recall his name, but when we chose not to take the add on packages that he offered us (extended warranty, etc) he put on too big of a show in expressing his shock that we did not choose to take those. We were adults, making an informed decision on what we did or didn't want, and think he should have offered it and moved on without such a display... Seth however, was great ... thanks ! More
They tried to pass off a wrecked vehicle as 'New', then they would not work with me on the price. Vehicle had major body and paint work and they never gave full disclosure at time of sale. I found the salesmen at Ira to be quite knowledgeable and helpful, and did not feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. He was not pushy or aggressive, and made buying the car much more pleasant than the last car purchase I made elsewhere. I was initially reluctant to even visit a dealer, but I'm really glad that I did--I got great service and a great car! More
I had my auto serviced on January 24, 2009 and it was the a very pleasant experience. First, when I arrived, Steve Montour from the service department was very welcoming and friendly. He explained how long it would take to repair my car and since it would take an 1 1/2 or so to repair they offered to take me and my daughter over to the mall to pass the time. The person that took us was a complete gentlemen. He insisted on opening and closing the doors as we entered the car and exited the car. He was very friendly and kind. Steve Montour from the Service dept. called my cell when my SUV was ready and within minutes, we were picked up at the mall and back to the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Great experience from a car dealership! More
This dealer is bad news, They do not listen, try to play bait and switch , and wasted my time.
