John Leedham was excellent! I got a terrific price and he worked hard to get my business. He was very supportive even after I had worked out a deal with another dealer. Bobby Cross was helpfull and patient with deciding about gap insurance and service plans but my lease agreament was filled out in such a way that my father has to mail me my bills and my car was very difficult to register because it looks like my father is leasing the car instead of me when and he is the cosigner. When this was brought to his attention he did not correct this. Also dissapointing was the sticker on the car said it came with a full tank of gas and I was given the car with barely a quarter of a tank. More
I went to Ira Toyota to just look into buying a new car. I was met outside while I was browsing at the vehicles in the parking lot. He was very personable, courteous, well-informed, listened attentively, low-key (which made me feel very comfortable)and was well versed in customer service. I would recommend him to instruct employees in how important customer service is and how it is done. I cannot say enough about his salesmanship. My whole experience was positive. Our Sales Rep, Bill, was extremely patient with us from the start and took the time to explain everything to us as we've never leased a vehicle before. Our two car purchase kept the staff at Ira Manchester a few hours past closing time, but everyone was so courteous and helpful. My first visit to the service department to have my ResistAll put on the interior of my car was equally satisfying. I received the best customer service from my service rep and was treated with the utmost courtesy. We are very early in our experience with Ira Toyota of Manchester, but I feel like I'm part of the family already. Thank you for all you've done. My husband and I are thrilled with our new Camry and Corolla. I'm sure my next purchase will be a Toyota as well. More
I went to Ira Toyota to purchase a new car last night and ended up leasing a vehicle instead. Based on discussions and a negative equity in my current vehicle, leasing may have been the way to go. Since leasing is a new experience for me, I don't feel that I was able to negotiate at all; hence the OK price rating. My overall experience in working with Seth Boutin in locating a car was very good. Seth is very personable, seemed to ask the right questions, and knowledgeable in his field. The financial end of my experience was that it still takes forever to process all of the paperwork and they try to sell you additional services that aren't necessary. This is the 2nd vehicle that I've purchased (or in this case leased) through Toyota of Manchester. Again, since leasing is so new to me, I honestly can't say whether or not I got a good deal (and Seth if you're reading this, I still think I should have gotten the automatic starter installed as part of the package) -- I believe that it was okay, but I can definitely say that I recommend Seth to work with if you're searching for a Toyota in the Manchester area; Seth is knowledgeable, not over-bearing, listens to your needs, and a go-getter. Yesterday 10/12/09 I went to Ira Toyota and bought a used car. Seth was great to work with. My experience was great. I check a few other dealerships before stoping at Ira. I was considering trading in my dying car for a new vehicle. But then heard that Shawn Ramos a sales manager sold a vehicle that was held for a veteran to someone he probably knew personally. My dad and I went to Ira this afternoon and purchased a certified pre-owned toyota tacoma. Everything happened very quickly, we had been talking recently about the type of vehicle I(we) wanted and how hard certified pre-owned toyota tacoma. Everything happened very quickly, we had been talking recently about the type of vehicle I(we) wanted and how hard it would be to find. After calling Ira today to start our search, it turned out they had just received a truck exactly like we wanted. We went in and dealt with Seth, who is very friendly and hard-working. He worked fast and was able to get us driving off with the truck in about 3 hours! Seth was extremely knowledgeable about the truck, pointing out all the features and showing me what was what. There was no doubt that he knew what he was doing/talking about. It was a great experience and I would go back and do it again. When I woke up this morning I wasn't thinking I'd be getting a new truck today! Now I can't wait to go on my week-long road trip tomorrow! I am extremely impressed with the service at Ira and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank You! More
I am very impressed with Seth as a sales person and will recommend him and the dealership. I went along when my fiance bought a 2009 Camry hybrid last spring. At that time, Seth was new to the job, enthusi recommend him and the dealership. I went along when my fiance bought a 2009 Camry hybrid last spring. At that time, Seth was new to the job, enthusiastic and worked hard to find the perfect car - and did so, in spite of errors in the computer listings. So, when my 15 year old Corolla was showing its age, I called Seth and made an appointment. He was friendly and cordial, even though I had called him in the evening on his cell phone. When I went in to Ira a few days later, he had a low mileage used 2008 certified Corolla that met and exceeded my requests. Everyone worked as fast as they could to process paperwork and I drove my new car home about three hours after I had arrived! My lower rating on the price is due to the total being higher than I had originally planned, but that increase was my decision, as I purchased the Resistall coating and an upgraded warranty package, in the hopes that my car will last through my retirement. Seth found a car that was exactly the price I had told him I wanted to pay. I look forward to having my newer car serviced at Ira and dealing with more of the friendly people there. More
