I will be returning to the dealer ship next time we need a new car. I only had one issue and that was that the car I purchased could have been detailed better. When I removed the cup holders in the front there was trash and sticky stuff in part of the console. Also the upholstrery could have also been cleaned properly. I realize the dealeship was not in possesion of the car for very long but it should have been delivered clean. Even if that ment waiting a few more hours for the car or something. I love my new to me car. I'ts just to bad I had to have it cleaned my self. More

I had the most memorable experience of buying a new car. I had never done this before and when I entered Bill Kinney came to me and introduced himself. He was very polite and when I told him what I was looking for he immediately showed me the Camry's. He was so knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He even went out of his way to get a car for me at a lot so I could drive it. I bought the car. When I went to pick it up on Sunday his day off he was there to greet me. He introduced me to Derek Lively who was also professional and knowledgeable. They certainly know their cars. Derek also explained to me about the car. He took me to finance to meet Mat Cote who was also very nice and pleasant. He explained all the finances to me as he made it so easy. Between the 3 of them I have never had such good service. He was so impressed with their customer service, he brought me back a week later, and we drove home with our new Highlander the same day! My husband has never purchased anything other than a Ford/GM vehicle, so he was impressed not only with the quality of the vehicle, but also with the professionalism and courtesy of all the staff at IRA. Special thanks to Jerry, our salesman, he has the patience of a saint, and also to Joshua G., Finance Director, and Bobby C., Sales Manager. We left that day with a car we love at a fair price, and the entire process was without flaw. We ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealer!! Well worth the hour drive. Toyota has gained 2 more customers. I just bought my 2009 Toyota Corolla and am so happy with my vehicle. The salesman was John DeMille who was extremely knowledgeable about Toyota and was able to answer all my questions, which I had a lot, a my vehicle. He was very patient with me, as I was torn between the Yaris and the Corolla and he had to get several models out for me to test drive. Then I was still torn, but decided on a color that they did not have on their lot. John had to find one for me and he put in the effort to find the car, have it brought over, and again offered to let me test drive it, though I had just test driven another in a different color, so I didn’t was to ask, but was extremely grateful he offered. I was surprised at the attention that was put into making sure that I had the car I wanted and how quickly we could agree on a price. All in all it was a terrific experience and I would recommend this dealership and the John DeMille to all. More

I would have chosen a car from Ira just based on the service but I was fortunate enough to find the exact car I had been looking for right there on the lot! Bill Kinney was very professional and kind. He was thorough and very informative. Derek Lively was super friendly and kind without being pushy. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the whole experience. I never felt rushed and yet also never felt like I had to wait unnecessarily for anything. Derek also helped me get the appropriate paperwork in order (insurance, etc.) and was quite patient throughout the whole process. Overall, my experience was wonderful at Ira Toyota!
