Jenelle was fantastic! It was a long road between commuting my car and finally seeing it arrive at the dealership but Jenelle was responsive and helpful through it all. She always responded quickly to any questions I had and kept me apprised of any new status updates as they became known. When the car finally arrived she was nice, patient and transparent with any information and questions I had. She made the entire car buying process fun and enjoyable. She also continued to be available to me after purchasing the car with any questions I had regarding the cars many functions or any questions I had regarding my purchase agreement. From start to finish she was great and I highly recommend her patience and expertise to anyone looking for a new car! More
