Great sales and finance team! John Ramos our sales representative was great. We were at the dealership for 7 hours test driving multiple cars and then negotiating the sale of our 2 John Ramos our sales representative was great. Though it was a long day we were very happy with the deal we reached. We came back the next day and had an extremely great experience with Dan Whitehouse, Director of Finance. We enjoyed meeting with him and his personality. We have been customers of IRA for about 10 years. We leased our first car, a corolla in 2007-2008 and continue to come back because we always have a great experience. Thank you to John and Dan specifically but even the “lot guy” who was on his way home late in the evening took our sales rep to the offsite lot to get another model we were looking at.
