Problem solved Consultant Took time with me to understand the problem and clarify it for the technician. Also told me of possible charges that could incur. Technician figured out the problem My only complaint is that with a 10:15 app I could only get my car at after 4pm. If there are lots of cars to be serviced then don’t schedule so many. Shuttle did pick me up to get my car. Very nice young man. More
