Fair deal, great salesman I went into IRA with a prearranged deal in hand for a Toyota Highlander and all went well. The cars I wanted to choose from were off-site so we had to I went into IRA with a prearranged deal in hand for a Toyota Highlander and all went well. The cars I wanted to choose from were off-site so we had to go for a short road trip to get to them. This gave me an opportunity for an extended test drive so that was well appreciated. When I finally made my decision the car was prepped, washed, filled with gas, and ready to go in a timely fashion. The finance part of the deal went smoothly as well, I did have prearranged financing so that helped. Regardless of that, I was in and out with the financial person with no hassle. I have never had a car serviced there so I can't comment on that. But considering the first two years of service are included in the price of the car (don't let them fool you, nothing is "free") I guess they have a captive audience at least. More
