Scheduled an appointment for just an oil change 3 days prior. Had to wait almost 3 hours when I came in 15mins before the appointment. Service advisor was good and professional and explained that to me, would have been better to get a call prior to coming in or at least offered a way home if I have to sit at a dealer for almost 3 hours. It's like they just didn't care. They were decently busy but I've seen way way busier dealerships that get you in and out in less than an hour. I generally wouldn't have made much of a deal of this actually as it was more one of those "would have been nice" if it wasn't almsot 3 hours, and I would have left a better score, but what really got me upset was when I got my truck back and oil was covered all over the door, steering wheel, shifter and inside door handle. I get it, it's not brand new, it's a 3 yest old truck to me and it's a 2020, I keep my old truck new as it can, and very clean as I'm a detailer part time so seeing this is extremely disappointing. I emailed the service manager about this and and they haven't responded and it's been 8 days, hes either busy or just didnt care. Either way, its a 2 star for me. I can't leave a 1 star because, so far everything is running fine. I just hope they greased my driveshaft ujoint, other than that, I probably won't come back again. Ira used to be a good name around here. More

I was told an estimated 3.4 hours to get the job done, and dropped the car off the night before my appointment so it was there first thing.. I didn’t hear back from anyone until I walked back into the service department at 5:30 pm. Mind you, this is after calling, leaving voicemails, talking to the service desk receptionist, and even trying the texting feature. I just kept getting told someone would call me back. They parts I brought in were replaced, but apparently did not fix the issue my truck was having. NOBODY COMMUNICATED THIS TO ME AT ANY POINT! They did “an hour of diag at no charge”, which consisted of checking the 2 fuses I already checked before bringing my truck to the dealership to pay $180 an hour for someone to 3.4 hours and have my truck returned to me just as broken as when I dropped it off. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. There is no excuse for not returning a phone call or communicating the issue via text or email. The appointment was at 7:30 am and I didn’t leave the dealership until 6pm. Complete waste of time and money. More

In a world filled with darkness I am always skeptic about going to dealerships but one individual made me change my thinking on this. I was brought inside to work with Tia to receive a rental car who made th going to dealerships but one individual made me change my thinking on this. I was brought inside to work with Tia to receive a rental car who made this experience memorable. Her dedication and hard work was instrumental in making this a smooth experience. How could I imagine the void in my day could be filled with such a memorable experience? If it was not for her smile today, I am not sure I would have ever picked my truck back up to bring home, and would have written this off as a tax expense. Thanks to her I will be going back to my family without a horrible excuse as to where my truck went. I started to come up with stories like "the quiet kid at the olive garden bathroom stole it" but I am uncertain of the results this would have yielded. My only complaint is if my Toyota is so xxxx reliable, how am I ever going to see her again for another rental? My only logical solution to this starting today is I will have to drain my oil and see how long my Toyota motor lasts. Toyotas slogan is "let's go places"...well the only place I want to go is back into your repair drive to get another rental from Tia. Maybe Toyota should take a page from Subaru's book and make an engine that's designed to be in the repair shop weekly. Anyways, I thank her for the experience and professionalism and a special thanks to John Prance for being my star in a dark sky. I look forward to seeing them both again soon. More
