This is the second time I’ve been told my car would be ready at a certain time, and when I returned to get it, it was still sitting in the area waiting to have the minor regular maintenance performed. Also, even though I presented a coupon for the maintenance, and even when the service rep said he had applied the coupon… I had to have him retrieve and reread the coupon… he had charged me twice what I was supposed to be charged by Ira’s own mailer coupon… I’ll try Grapone next time. When I lived in Vermont the service at White River Toyota was great, but so far, here, service has been awful!!! More

Keith approached me as I was wandering the car lot looking at vehicles. I immediately shared with him my urgent need to get out of Jeep because it had fallen into disrepair due to no availability of m looking at vehicles.
