I leased a vehicle with Ira Toyota of Manchester. They did nothing but lie and lie and lie some more. They put add-ons the vehicle. I did not ask for lied to me about a cosigner. I Wii never Have a good word to say about Ira Toyota , bad business!!!! then when I went back to talk to them About the deception , all they had to say to me was well you signed the paperwork. They took advantage of my daughter who was just starting out, and I told him that, They probably thought here we go. We have a live one we can take advantage of…. they put so many add-ons, and kept saying it was included in the Payment… Well, the payment never changed but all the add-ons did it brought the price of the vehicle up almost $6000 if not more. Will never ever say a good word about this company or send anybody to them. When it came to signing the papers, he scrolled through his iPad and just kept saying that’s included that’s included. Well it was included at a cost, and I signed like an idiot ….so angry with this company. This was a vehicle she could start out on by leasing and wanted to purchase it in the end and she will not be able to do that so she’s out of her trade-in. She’s out of her money down. They just screwed her over and over and over. More
