Franny got me into a new sienna hybrid so I could have peaceful and elegant transportation for my grand children. He really 'sold' my 4yo one day when we were in getting my Rav4 serviced. Very frustrating to bring in my car for a repair, be told it's fixed, get in my car, and the problem is absolutely not fixed. I went to Ira Toyota of Manchester in search of a new car in 2023, but car dealerships were having a hard time keeping new cars in stock. The salesman, Keith Osowaki, was able to find me a used Corolla, fres in 2023, but car dealerships were having a hard time keeping new cars in stock. The salesman, Keith Osowaki, was able to find me a used Corolla, fresh off a 2 year lease, that had very low mileage. I've been bringing it there for all of my maintenance. They're very courteous & knowledgeable. If they find something wrong with your car when you're in for routine maintenance, they send you a text with a photo so you can see what the problem is & know that they're not just trying to get more money from you for an unnecessary service. I highly recommend them! More

Just bought a GR Corolla here from Rommel. Amazing experience! The one I had my eyes on ended up selling while I was traveling. Rommel worked through his day off to track another one down for Amazing experience! The one I had my eyes on ended up selling while I was traveling. Rommel worked through his day off to track another one down for me, then had transported it to the Manchester dealership so I could pick it up the next day.
