It shouldn’t take three hours to do a 5000 mile service appointment. I received a text noting that my multi point inspection had gone well and after another half hour, I went out to look for my vehicle and appointment. I received a text noting that my multi point inspection had gone well and after another half hour, I went out to look for my vehicle and if it was ready. Instead, it was sitting out in the lot waiting to go in for a recall notice I had. I asked another service advisor. What was going on? He shared that the tire rotation takes place in one building and the recall in another building. I told him I’ve been there almost 3 hours already and was understandably upset that I had been waiting so long I hope my next appointment is more efficient. More
