Based on that, I reached out expecting a straightforward transaction. However, when Ira Toyota contacted me, I was told the offer was from a "third party" and not accurate — despite their name being associated with it. The process felt misleading and frustrating. If the dealership doesn’t stand behind offers tied to their name, customers deserve clarity upfront. I understand that an in-person appraisal is standard practice, but labeling a dealership as a buyer and quoting a firm price creates expectations that should be honored or at least explained more transparently. I sent many detailed pics and even a video of the vehicle and I represented it 100% accurately in the info I provided to CarGurus. This experience undermined my trust in both the offer system and the dealership’s role in it. I hope Ira Toyota and their partners work toward better communication and alignment so customers aren’t left wasting time or feeling misled. More

I visited this dealership yesterday as I was having an issue with my four-wheel-drive. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours, they told me I needed to leave my car overnight.
