The person who was supposed to check me in had someone else do it, while he talked to a few co workers. Got the text that car was logged in, asked not to have windshield fluid topped off, they did it an else do it, while he talked to a few co workers. Got the text that car was logged in, asked not to have windshield fluid topped off, they did it anyways. Texted a hr and a half later asking when my car would be ready, 10 min later I get the technician is writing up my estimate. They couldn't get the valve covers off of my tire,I put them on they were not tight!!! They told me my brakes failed, I have less than 20000 miles on my car. No estimate but the receipt said that they had pics or videos to watch my email...I am still waiting for that 12hrs later. Went to website and tried to chat, got a text that he was looking into it, about a hour later I got another text asking me for information on my vehicle.. does anyone know what is going on over there? More

Originally planned to obtain our own financing, but Charles in Finance really made it right by closely matching the rate. But be forewarned, the dealership is not willing to take a deposit on a vehicle to hold if you're securing your own financing, so you're rolling the dice if the vehicle is in high demand. Otherwise, a really easy buying experience and the team there made the transaction go quickly and smoothly. More
