Hello bayrammetingider,   Thank you for reaching out regarding issues at your recent service appointment.    I want to look into the concern about the coupon for your recent service not being credited to your invoice but cannot find any information with the name you've provided. If you would like to contact me via the email address below I would be happy to look into that.   An oil change service would typically take about 90 minutes to be completed which allows the technician to perform the multi point inspection and get that sent to you, then to do the oil change itself and get all paperwork turned into the service advisor to close and get you on your way.   Marlaine Ruby Customer Relations Manager - Ira Toyota Hyannis  mruby@group1auto.com
