Made an appt for a 20k service. Arrived was told 2 hour wait. Almost 2 hours later we receive a text that the truck is ready and proceed to the counter to pay however they say the p Arrived was told 2 hour wait. Almost 2 hours later we receive a text that the truck is ready and proceed to the counter to pay however they say the paperwork isn’t ready. 45 minutes later the truck is finally ready. We go to pay and present a coupon that the dealer emailed to us. They refused to honor the coupon since we didn’t present it before the service. Frustrating. 2 and a half hours for an oil change that we made an appointment for and refusing to accept a dealer coupon is unacceptable. Also the price for the service was higher than previous. Not sure we will return. More
They diagnosed the problems correctly, even found an issue from a prior service performed by a different service garage and fixed the problem after raising it with me.
