While buying my first car was very unsure about the process and was untrustworthy of car dealerships I had been to many other dealerships but Ira Toyota felt more upfront especially with the sales man process and was untrustworthy of car dealerships I had been to many other dealerships but Ira Toyota felt more upfront especially with the sales man we were going working with, JR made it easy and clear about the process and was very honest about the different trucks I was looking at and the issues and the perks of each one. JR was very personable and it felt like he was there to help us not to make a sale. The day was stressful but JR made the process much easier and I am very happy with my purchase. More

He even left us with a couple options to test drive while he went and helped someone connect their phone to the car they had already purchased from him! Talk about dedicated. Overall a great experience, the dealership as a whole was clean and well maintained and everyone was friendly to us while we were there. 10 out of 10, go buy a car from Justin! More
RE:service orders dtf 7/9/25 & 7/29/25. -A/C work done on both days for problems in the same area, for a total cost of $3281.47. WHY wasn’t the second problem note the first time? I feel that it cost me twice for almost the same work. Someone missed the problem the first time at my expense. I have no problem paying for parts, but not the labor, for a missed issue to the A/ C system. This would not have been noticed had I not asked for the A/C system to be checked when I had the vehicle in for service, and brake work. It should have been done on the visit of 7/9/25. Someone missed diagnosing the problem, and it cost me more money. More
I always get the 7a appt . Every time I wait 45-75 min b4 car is driven into work bay.. I can count on a 2-3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation..
