I had a very disappointing experience at IRA Danvers Toyota, mainly due to the extremely unprofessional behavior of the service advisor Fabiana. I scheduled an oil change appointment online and even cal Toyota, mainly due to the extremely unprofessional behavior of the service advisor Fabiana. I scheduled an oil change appointment online and even called ahead to confirm before driving there from far away. When I arrived, Fabiana’s first response was that they do not have enough staff to do the work, and that even if someone has an appointment, they can still deny service. That was shocking to hear from after taking the time to schedule and confirm the appointment. Then she told me that my car did not need an oil change until 10,000 miles, even though I had a service light on and a sticker indicating service was due. Instead of listening, she dismissed my concern and was very rude and dismissive. What should have been a simple oil change ended up taking 2–3 hours, and the interaction was unpleasant throughout. The car wash that is usually included was also not done because she claimed it was “broken.” However, when I spoke with the manager, he said the car would be washed. Overall, Fabiana was unprofessional, rude, and showed no respect for customers’ time. This experience was extremely frustrating and poorly handled. I will not return to this location again, and I would not recommend it based on this experience. More
When I picked up my vehicle the service advisor just brought me to the terminal to pay, no review on the work just sign and pay.
