Didn’t receive the multi-point insertion report until the day after I brought it in for scheduled factory-recommended maintenance. I received it the next morning and it listed a rather severe repair needed and included a link to schedule the service quickly to honor the gigantic repair estimate. On explanation or discussion. It’s has always treated me well, I’ve always enjoyed the leasing process as well as the service experience. Unfortunately with my most recent visit I was a little disappointed. My driver side window seemed leasing process as well as the service experience. Unfortunately with my most recent visit I was a little disappointed. My driver side window seemed to be scraping on something causing a weird noise. I went in for my standard oil change and dropped off my truck for them to investigate the issue. I opted out of the complimentary eco friendly car wash (just water and the big spinny rags) because I had a ladder in the back of my truck bed and I didn’t want anything to get damaged. It’s a work truck so I expect it to get dirty but I was very disappointed when I picked up the truck and found out that the driver side door was riddled with greasy marks. Like I said it’s a work truck but it being white just makes it look so much worse. When I go into peoples homes I treat the workspace like it’s my own home. so I would really hope my dealership would have mechanics who treat their clients vehicles like their own. It would have taken half a second to get a wet rag and wipe the area down but it was left dirty. Seriously disappointed and I hope to see more effort and care of my vehicle with the next visit! More
