I presented him with a coupon from Ira Toyota that I received in the mail for a Penzoil oil change and he took it and said the car should be ready in a couple of hours. Sure enough, the car was ready on time. I have been taking my family’s four Toyota vehicles for service at Ira Toyota for many years and I request Steve Mahan as my advisor every time.
