This is our second car we have leased from Ira Toyota of Danvers. We have worked with both Ricky and Kastro before and have found them both to be exemplar in customer service. Ricky went out of his way to make the entire experience seamless. He spent additional time with my husband and I demonstrating how to use our new car, the navigational system, synching our phones with the Bluetooth system. The car was spotless when we bought it and they even re-washed it today as we brought it back to have a new inspection sticker put on it-after a week in the snow storms of New England! I would recommend this dealership and salesman, Ricky, to any one as we have only had excellent experiences with them in the past 3 years. More
I went to Ira Toyota to purchase a 2011 Sequoia through the American Express Auto Program. Before driving to the dealership, I was told that they had Sequoias on the lot. Upon arrival, I gave the sales as the American Express Auto Program. Before driving to the dealership, I was told that they had Sequoias on the lot. Upon arrival, I gave the sales associate the keys to my car for an appraisal and told the sales associate what color and options I wanted on the new Sequoia. After sitting for over an hour, I was told that they would have to search for a vehicle as there were no Sequoias on the lot. And, I would have to pay a $500 deposit so that they could search for a car. I asked why I would have to leave a $500 deposit; if there was no assurance that they could find the car I wanted. Then, I was questioning the value that was given to my current Sequoia that I was going to trade in. I was told by the sales manager that since I was getting such a good discount from American Express, I could not be given top dollar for my current vehicle. Astounded, I continued to ask why. I was then told that Ira Toyota was not getting any incentives or funds from American Express, so the dealership had to make up the cost elsewhere. Angered and disgusted, I left the dealership. Stay away from Ira Toyota. They are devious and corrupt. More
Ricky was friendly, courteous, kind, and fair. He did everything he could to make my car buying experience a pleasant one. You won't be disappointed if he's your guy at the dealership. I just got a lease for a Toyota Camry for my mother at the Toyota in Danvers. I myself work in the people business, and I thought I was the best at it, but I was definitely challenged when I met Ricky. W the Toyota in Danvers. Not only he was efficient with my time, curtious, polite,smart, he was honest, which is a rare quality in the car business. He treated my family like gold and I am always a sucker for people who treat my mother well. Loved it. Toyota just brought herself at the top of the list for me with having people on staff like Ricky. He is a true asset to them. After the fiasco, with the recalls, they better invest in people like him more often. More
Hands down the best experience I've had buying a new car. We got a new Prius and our salesperson, Ricky was very helpful, knowledgeable and fast. This was a very pleasant experience. The managers and reception people were very helpful, offering refreshments while we waited. The actual sale took only an hour. All staff were friendly. The minute I stepped on the car lot I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the place. The first person to greet me was Ricky and he was kind and courteous and called me Mr. Bob. I was so pleased by his response that I automatically started to call him Mr. Ricky because of his kindness and servitude. He sat me at his desk and made me feel right at home with all kinds of methods to determine my needs and wants and there was no pressure to purchase or any convincing or trying to force me to buy things that I did not want. I was pleased by his professional behavior and his ability to make me feel at ease and a member of the Toyota Family. When I tested the car, he pointed out all the features and was very detail orientated. He made sure that I understood the most essential features and was willing to wait until I understood all that I needed to know. Throughout the process he treated me with kindness and respect and we had a great time. When it came to the signing of papers, he directed me to Mike the Business manager of the car dealership. He went over the items and I picked what I wanted without any pressure. It was the easiest process for signing into a car purchase that I have ever experienced. In fact, I drove off with my brand new 2010 Toyota Prius with the 11 total miles on it that very night.I was very excited about my purchase and the time just flew by. The next day, I had to return the car to have my added feature, registration, and car inspection, and a few other things completed on the car. Mr. Ricky let me borrow a 2011 Toyota Avalon that was valued at about $39,000.00 without asking for any money and he gave me a voucher to put in a full tank of gas. This car had a moonroof, GPS, Satellite radio and lots of cool features. If I could have afforded to buy this car I would have bought it too. It almost made me cry to see what lengths that Mr. Ricky bent over backwards to make me feel like the King of Kings. I spent most of the day driving around in my rental with the back view camera and I had a blast. It was so sad when I had to give up this car, but I was extremely excited to see my new Prius. The Prius was in tip top shape and it was all that I expected and more. Mr. Ricky showed me how to use my auto start feature and he showed me what I needed to do to get 35% off my comprehensive car insurance due to the LoJack feature. He wanted to photocopy the paperwork for me, but I told him that I could do it myself. There are many things that I may have left, but I believe that the reader will notice that I was more than satisfied with the experience. If I could give Mr. Ricky more than five stars, I would give him ten stars based on a five star system. Thanks for everything Mr.Ricky!!!!! More
Boy was I caught a sucker by you people !! I have just bought a toyota tacoma that I had seen on the internet for the full asking price ... however in the picture it had a tonneau cover and when I saw the bought a toyota tacoma that I had seen on the internet for the full asking price ... however in the picture it had a tonneau cover and when I saw the truck it did not ? I asked the salesman what the story was and he ashored me that he would look into it. I finallised the paper work and when I came to collect the truck was informed that it had a rip in it and it had been thrown away ! surely I should have some sort of reimbursement for this ! the Manager whom I asked about it said they had a disclaimer on the internet vehicles and I was out of luck !!!!! I wonder what the better business bureau will think of this ??? I have not finished with this. More

There was no need to haggle or negotiate because the price was excellent. Rajeev (Ricky) was friendly and helpful. He did he best to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible. Rajeev and the finance manager both stayed well past closing to complete the transaction and get us the car the next day. IRA Toyota does not try to tack on extra fees here and there. They also gave a decent offer on the trade in. It's wonderful that I can feel I was treated honestly and with respect, rather than feeling that I've been lied to and been ripped off. More
