I can always depend on the Toyota mechanics to do excellent work. However sometimes when it is very busy as it was yesterday, my vehicle was not done, but I had to leave for work. Without missing a step Nate had a very nice loaner car waiting for me. The girls in this office were knowledgable, efficient snd soo nice to speak with! I cannot say enough positive things about Ira Toyota service and sales for that matter. Thank you for keeping my car in amazing condition! More

My service rep Nate is FANTASTIC, but others there bring the service ratings down. I had to bring it back because of a poor repair job. When doing a full service check and rotating my tired, they didn’t mak the service ratings down. I had to bring it back because of a poor repair job. When doing a full service check and rotating my tired, they didn’t make sure all the pressures were the same (even after I asked). When arriving for standard service (with an appointment) I shared I needed to leave within 2 hours, they didn’t even start on my car for the first hour and a half I was there (I have the Toyota app so I could see when they moved my car and opened my hood), so needless to say they didn’t finish within 2 hours (took over 3). We’re supposed to get free car washes with service, they always have an excuse for not doing it — and if they hadn’t already taken so long I would’ve gone back in, but I needed to go. The coupons they send home — worthless, either they don’t apply to my car or it’s only half of a service so it’s not relevant (an alignment special, but it doesn’t include rotating and balancing tires). If it wasn’t for my service rep and it being the only Toyota place in the area, I would go somewhere else … More
