Went in to lease a Corolla. Clint was very helpful throughout the entire process - even advising with steps for my insurance and old registration. This is an added comment to my previous survey I just completed. I told the Service Advisor that the hood prop was in my car, on the floor. It still is. Why did they not put it back in?? Its come off twi completed. I told the Service Advisor that the hood prop was in my car, on the floor. It still is. Why did they not put it back in?? Its come off twice and a nice worker at an auto store snapped it back in and they wanted to charge me $223?!! I will look for a different Toyota dealer when my lease is up. I’ve been a loyal customer for approx 15 yrs and I was very mistreated thru this whole process! More

The wait was long for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I pointed out an issue with the driver side headlamp and they gave me some xx excuse as to why they couldn't fix it despite me having a bum rotation.
