Took my truck in to have the wiper assembly replaced as I knew it was broken. I called and made an appointment and told them what was wrong. Waited over 2 1/2 hours while unthought they were fixing it and.. knew it was broken. I called and made an appointment and told them what was wrong. Waited over 2 1/2 hours while unthought they were fixing it and...... they came back and told my y wiper assembly was broke and they’d order the part and have it the next day. They charged me $70 to tell me what I already told them and 2 1/2 hours of my time. The part didn’t come the next day due to a snow storm... or the next day or the day after. You get the picture. Got a message the part arrived 10 days later. I bought it myself on Amazon after the third day and got it before they did. Never again. More

Moved to ME recently and as fate would have my vehicle bit the dust. I started looking for a second hand truck but the prices were ridiculous. I went through AARP. Everyone I work with is absolutely fantastic, extremely professional, and I am always happy with the work they do to take care of my car.
