This dealer does a great job explaining the issue with your vehicle in a way that makes the consumer confused and feeling the need to follow their expert recommendations. I don’t feel there is full transparency when it comes to what needs to be done to your vehicle, but rather a model that tries to gain the most profit by recommending in a matter of fact way for things that would be nice to be done to your vehicle.
